Motion Sensor armed during at home, possible?

I have a situation where the most practical
coverage of an area is via a motion
sensor.  I have window, glass breakage, and
motion sensor system now. However one area
would be best served with a motion sensor
(no normal dailly traffic) when house is
armed "at home"  Is this possible?
