video time using UTC

I don't see a way to switch the video over to normal time.
It's always using the UTC time which is a pain to have to
figure out what time it is.

I thought it should be under preferences to change!

any ideas!

We're considering this a bug that needs fixing -- it really should display local time always. It will be fixed in the next update.
