What is the point???
« on: June 25, 2005, 02:08:23 PM »

Part 1:

X10,

Does anyone monitor this or your support
email address? Why waste everyone's time
(including your own) with either if you
aren't willing to respond, even an
acknowlegement that you received a message?

Is this the impression you want to leave
with your customers?

I have posted issues with your SDK and sent
emails to your support address. I am using
ASP to pass commands to your .dll and it
errors out every 3-5 times. Do you have any
comment at all or would it be better to
forget you made it avialable to begin with
and let everyone know NOT to waste their
time.

I do not get it...

Just in case you decide to support
something YOU offer, YOU post, YOU create a
forum for and YOU ask for feedback (is
anyone else as confused as I am???), I am
running Windows XP Pro on an Intel SDS2
server. All current XP patches applied. I
have the latest version of AHP and I don't
seem to be having any other issues.

Here is yet another example of what I am
seeing. This comes from Windows Event
Viewer:

Randy,
If you are using ASP.NET, threading models
and interops can be a major issue.

Thank you Ted. I appreciate the feedback.
Everything I've done is classic ASP, pretty
basic at that. I can share the code if
you're willing to take a look. Maybe you
would see something I'm not.

Either way, thanks.
