What happens to module if power loss?
« on: March 04, 2006, 08:06:50 PM »

I'm looking into purchasing appliance modules for a project but have a question about their operation.
If an x-10 module is "on" and the power is cut off from the module, what happens when power is restored? Do they remain "on" or "off" when power is restored? I'm hoping they go "off" as a default.
Thanks for any help.

Appliance Modules and other modules with mechanical switches; state they where in at power loss. On still on; off still off at power restore.
Lamp Modules and dimming switches off. If on will stay off at power restore.
