No, you are not alone.  I have been working
on this for the last week with no hope.
Get the same lame answers from tech
support.  Must be my firewall.  Fine, took
it out.  Must be my ISP.  Fine, went to a
friends direct IP connected link.  Nothing
works.

Here is what I have done.  Switched network
cards (from a gig card), went directly to
my DSL modem, turned off all personal
firewalls, booted into safe mode.
Nothing.

Now the kicker, loaded it on my older P4
2.8 and it loaded just fine and
registered.  Something about the Dell it
doesn't like.  Maybe the Raid hard drives,
maybe the dual core, who knows.  Did you
ever have any luck?

If your response was directed to me, Semi-
Success would be my word for the day. I
still had my old computer and my "active"
old e-mail address. I called tech support
and they reset my "maximum quantity of
downloads" register. By using the original
computer and e-mail and with Tech Support,
I was able to register both the AHP and the
Smart Macros.
The sad part is that I was unable to send
registered copies to my new computer, which
is really where I want AHP. I got a little
tired of trying. Maybe I'll work on it soon.
By the way, my AHP is doing an outstanding
job. I went with an amplified phase coupler
and placed my CM15A in the middle of my 70
foot long house for best reception of all
of my many sensors. I'm 95% happy, now.

I know this may sound surprising to the folks but I'm having registration problems. After downloading twice and shutting down my firewall AND hearing all the support woes from you guys, I'm moving on to www.smarthome.com.

Same problem can't register. Have tried everthing it will not register.
Get the old firewall,antispyware,antivirus, bla bla BULL.

If registration doesn't succeed, there are two messages you might get back: "Cannot retrieve registration from server" or "Registration not found." Which one are you getting? If you e-mail me your order number I can look it up and see what's going on.
