Macro Delays fail when Long delay is used
« on: April 03, 2006, 10:19:31 PM »

The macro purpose is to charge up my laptop for 4 hours or so.

Here's the syntax:

C1 ON
Delay 04:00:00
C1 OFF

I've tested this with values of 5 minutes, 1 hr, 2 hrs, 4:30 hrs, and 04:00:30.  Everytihng over 2 hours fails, in that C1 never turns back off, and AHP doesn't log a C1 OFF either.  So, it appears that the command is never sent.  (No, I didn't try 03:00:00.)

Any ideas?

Is this stored in the interface, or on the PC?

In the meantime...  you could try adding a dummy module and delay 1 hour inbetween each?

I think I'll try that tonight, will let you know.

Actually, I put two 2:00:00 delays back to back - we'll see.

Putting two 2 hr. delays back to back does not work, despite the fact that AHP shows a timeline of 4 hrs.

Inserting a module control (Garage light OFF) between the two delays seems to work fine.

I'd be happier with a correct fix, however.
