Activehome shuts down

I am running Activehome and Myhouse Online on Windows 2003 Server which runs 24/7.  I can log into Myhouse Online, but when I click on Disconnect the Activehome application closes.  I have to restart Activehome on the server again.  Does anyone know why this is happening?

Do you get an error message or crash, or does AHP just disappear?

The app shuts down like it was closed.  No errors.
