I just purchased and downloaded the AHP, and Iwitness software. However, I need to install the software on a different computer.

The web site says...

"ActiveHome Pro and iWitness are designed to work on Windows based personal computers with an available USB port, and Internet connection to download software and updates"

It says you need the connection to download the software. It does not say you need to be connected to the internet to install and register the software.

How do I go about installing on a computer without an internet connection?

My understanding is that you can not install the software on a computer without a internet connection. This complaint has been voiced by many AHP users over the years but, as far as I know, nothing has been done.

Thanks Jim...

I guess the next question would be... If I give the computer that will run the system temporary internet acces, can I download and install the software using the same link again?

I don't think it will be a problem. Your will need to register AHP again but I was able to move it from my laptop to my desktop. You'll want to backup your .AHX files and move them over if you don't want to start over programming.
BVC let's me tell my camera where to go!
:) Murphy is my beta testing pal. He helps me find problems whether I like it or not. :)

As Steven R stated, It should not be a problem. You will have to reconnect the computer to the internet each time a new version of the software comes out if you want to update.

Thanks, you've been a big help. I already downloaded, installed and registered on the system that will run it.
