Taking off the door sensor from a glass door once it has been glued

I wonder if any one knows. This sensor is tightly stuck, what a good glue. I wanted to move it, and while I am at it, I may as well stick it with the peel-off glue so that I can take it off easily. The doors are double glazed.

I found an answer. To remove the window sensor from the glass door, spray One Lube on the sensor sides and top, as close as possible to the glass and as far as possible from the sensor.

I am surprised of the lack of interest. I would hate to have those sensors in one place for 20 years. Now, if it does not stick back, I can use a removable two-sided glue stick.

;D

Sensors if installed the way they come with screws or 2 way tape use  No Glue. Slide a razor blade between the sensor and the surface it is stuck to. This should remove it! unless it was actualy glued! ::) ;) :D :)

Thanks, but these did have 2-way glue (what else would stick them to the Window? What I did wrong was to stick them in the wrong place). As I said, they were glued to the glass.

In any case It is nice to see you found the answer! ;) :D :)
