cursor freezes while viewing camara video?

On Active home pro the cursor freezes when viewing the video camara (Iwitness).  The video remains live but the cursor cannot be moved(fozen).  Viewing it thru the web works fine, It's just through AHP program that the cursor freezes.  Does anyone now how to fix this?
