activehomepro win xp error 26 won't download software

I have received the email link, and had all virus and zonealarm off but when clicnking on email link it opens to download but reports cannot connect with network error 26.
I downloaded the old activehome software to see if it was my end and it worked.

it maybe a problem with their server send support an e-mail and call custumer service supply your order number and ask if they can send you the files via email!

Thank's , I have asked for files and they sent another email link to download with a conformation code accepted message .
I didn't even get that far to send conformation code, I have called them a second time and they said a second email link on the way,and I never received it.

What gives?

Sometimes the e-mail is slow to come, but the most I've waited is a full 24 hours.

Being the weekend it maybe longer!
