I have not used my CM15A or AHP in awhile. It was a new toy back then and was buggy. I believe the software is now much more stable. Anyway the TM751 should not respond to a CM15A at all; unless the software can now send an RF signal like a remote to it. Powerline signals can't control a TM751 as it has no powerline receiver.
Having two X10 powerline senders on the same powerstrip and both sending at the same time can give strange results. The TM751 will blindly send and step on the CM15A. While the CM15A is polite and should resend after the collision. Also if only one of the two is transmitting. The other units transmitter section actually can absorb some of the X10 signals from the powerline.
