X10 Pan Tilt and Remote Operation

Bought the $317.00 special w/ 3 X10 cameras and finally got them working at location 1 and then set up remote PC at location 2(some 250 miles away). Have tried for some weeks and they still don't work. Xray vision does not see the server and pan tilt seems to be calling but says wrong user name or password while the blank requests the registration key(10 digit). Anyone been there before?

All X10 servers were down for a good part of December!
You stated you were using xray vision but then state pan&tilt displayed the "Username\Password" error the error is from no connection (servers were down)
Are you using two different programs ? If so only run one at a time!
