How do I get my registration information User Name & Password

I am a new X10 owner/user and downloaded the Multiview software which also installed Pan Tilt Pro.

But I do not have User Name/password information for multiview

I do not have a registration code for Pan Tilt Pro.

Where do i get them from, nothing came with the emails and X10 support probably doesn't exist on Saturday.
