AHP Gateway Emails timestamp is off several time zones

Does anyone know why all the emails received from AHP through the X10 AHP Gateway are off several time zones?  All emails from the gwy (i.e. AHPGateway@x10.com) are received time stamped exactly 4 hours behind of my time zone (EDT).  So if my AHP system sends an email at say 9:10am I receive it within a few seconds (9:10am) but it's stamped as having been sent at 5:10am.  Can this be fixed somehow?
