Before I order

Before I shell out 100.00 for iWitness and the adaptor I wan't to make sure it will do what I need.
I have 5 Anacondas that I use,
I want to hook the cameras to the pc but I haven't had much luck with x10 signals in my power lines.
I have tried bridging the phases and signal boosters but whole house just wont work.
All my video cables enter the house at my pc so would I be able to run the cameras and controller on the same outlet
and have the cameras switch properly? Is there any other software that will record and email with another capture card? I have
a winfast tv2000xp card but no software, is there a better capture alternative? I could use a multiplexer instead of swithing cameras.
I am open to suggestions.

X10dispatcher will work with other video adaptor cards!
Dave has added to ability to capture pics from multiple cams and send e-mail or to a server or MSN.
Program is free and has many other useful options!
