New Style WS467, will not dim from ActiveHome
« on: November 12, 2007, 09:39:14 PM »

I have purchased a batch of WS467's that came in with a date code of 07G30.

After installing them, and reading other posts, I've learned that these are the newer style that have the ability to dim at the switch.

The switches are wired to lights. The lights can be operated from the switch just fine. ActiveHome software works when commanding on / off / all lights on / all units off.

However, I cannot use ActiveHome software to dim the lights.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

In AHP, try defining the module type to be an LM14A.

Switching to the Lamp Module does now allow the lights to be dimmed from ActiveHome software. Thanks for the tip.

Now I have one switch that isn't obeying any commands. It didn't work on Sunday, it worked yesterday, and not it is back to not working!!!!  ???
