I currently have color camera  XX16A, which I'm not pleased with. The picture is extremely grainy and the focus is questionable. I was thinking of getting the XX13A  camera but don't want the same problem. Anyone have the lo down on sharp clear pics from color cameras. I want to stay wireless. Thanks

Since you wish to stay with wireless cams read up all you can find in the forum here on Cam RF interference!

Hint: use Advanced Search!
There are many ways to improve your pic quality but in the end wired cams will always produce a better quality pic! ;) :(

Hi, I'm not having an interference problem. I need to know which cameras have the best resolution, not the grainy look I have now.

If you want the best quality X10 can go with a Vanguard (indoor only) or Sentenal
the grainy picture quality  your seeing is the result of your cams antenna not being lined up 100% with the reciever unit!
Of coarse even with it lined up 100% the pic will still be a little grainy depending on the capture resolution you have set! ;)
I believe the Xcams get best display at 352X 288 or 320X240 not sure of the  Vanguard or Sentenal ::) ???

I'm trying to watch on my tv, can't change resolution. I tried moving the receiver all ove, in fact the camera and tv are just a few feet away. Would I get a beeter picture with the wideeye camera?

Ah the Xcams are more suited for PCs! Perhaps someone will chime in that uses the TV for displaying and share some tips! ;)
I have posted pics from my wide eye and other cams both here and on AccessHA forums (searching should reveal them). The pics quality isn't any better (my experience) you just get a wider field of view! :(

It's quite grainy looking on the PC screen also. I was afraid that the picture quality wouldn't change. Thanks for your help.
