Has anyone used the X10 HomeController:

I got this recently, and after configuring it with my TV and Cable I noticed that it doesn't really behave as it should. For example, when I press Channel+, it works fine, but when I hit Channel- it doesn't select the lower channel, but instead does some other random function.
