Dusk Delay Option Missing

I recently installed a CM15A and would like to turn on outside lights at dusk using a delay. The Timer Designer Screen on page 21 of my ActiveHome Pro user manual shows fields for entering Dawn and Dusk Delays, but they are missing from the software I downloaded (V3.204). Instead my Timer Designer screen shows On During the Day and On at Night buttons where the Delay fields should be. What can I do to be able to use the Delay fields?
