I have been running just fine for 4 years.  I had a single switch stop working.  I replaced it.  I can turn it off and on perfectly from Activehome manually. Timers will not turn it on. They will turn it off just fine but I sit and watch it try to turn on and nothing. If I flick the switch by mouse....works fine!

Stumped.  I have a phase bridge etc and all works normally otherwise.

If it one of the new softstart switches. Like ramps on and off over a few seconds. Try defining the new switch as an LM14A two way lamp module.

Then it's NOT a soft start.  Re-define it as what it is and create all new timers for it and see what happens.  If you can control it from within AHP, then it is installed correctly.  Could be the old unit messed up the timers?

It certainly sounds like your unit should respond to the LM14a "extended codes".  You mentioned a phase bridge - Is this by chance an active repeater?

If so, it's possible that your repeater is not capable of repeating extended codes (the transmission format for the LM14a).

The newer WS467's will not turn on in response to a "bright" command from the CM15a.  This means they work OK for ON/Off functions, but will not respond to a Bright 50% from an off condition.

A workaround would be to add a "on" command to your macro:

Macro
WS467 ON
WS467 50%

This should eleiminate your problem with the unit not responding, but you will still encounter problems with the "resume dim" feature

I'm quite sure it is a soft start. I noticed right after installation that it behaved differently when used manually....gradually bright when turning on and dimmed to off when turning off.

I used LM14 designations and created an on macro and off macro and they seem to work.  But it will not respond to manual on off on the AHP screen. Strange!

That is a bit strange.  Could you post the contents of the "activity monitor" for the AHP screen on/off and your macro On/Off?

Note: The extended code communications will not show up in activity monitor if your macro/timer is activated normally.  They only show up if you activate from the AHP screen.

Sorry, I can't help with the Signalinc coupler - we need someone with firsthand experience here.

I have the same problem and read this post so I tried your suggestion and it didnt work, but then I tried the Universal module UM506 and I can turn the lights on and off Manually from th AH PRO console or download to the interface. I tested theis a couple times and it worked...now I'm putting it into production test for tonight....Thanks for the idea and I'll let you know if it works.

The UM506 interface is similar to an appliance module - it sends simple on/off commands (no bright/dim).

Are you using a WS12 wall switch (dimmer)?

If so, please try the following:

• Re-identify you unit as a LM14a
• Move the bright/dim slider to ~50%

If the above works, your unit is compatible with the LM14a interface (if it's a soft start unit it should be).

After making the above change, you may need to "edit" the macro that uses the switch before AHP uses the proper codes in the macro.  Simply edit the macro, change the dim setting, and then save to the interface. 

When you activate the macro your should see something similar to the following in the Activity Monitor -

Macro A2 extended code XX 31

If you do not, the macro hasn't recognized the switch change.

I have also recently learned that the LM14a interface will not function properly at address A1 if you are using AHP 3.228.  This appears to be a bug.  Please do not use A1 for  soft start modules.
