Light Dimming Issue
« on: May 01, 2008, 03:11:16 PM »

Ok, this may be something very easy to fix but for whatever reason I cannot get it to work.

I just set up and installed the software and a few light modules.   I cannot get the dim to work on any lights.  The very first time I plugged in the light module it dimmed the light that was plugged into it.  But now that I have moved the location of the module I cannot get it to work again.  What is strange is that it will not work anywhere in the house even if I plug it into the original location.

I think it is a setting because this is the same with all modules and switches.  They all work to turn the lights on and off but will not work with the dimming.

Easy Fix???

Thanks for the help

Would be more helpful if you specified the model numbers and if using the CM15A and AHP software.
Do the lights dim properly if you DIM using a wired or RF remote control?
If so, do you have the "light modules" defined correctly in AHP?
