Guys,
I'm sure this has been resolved, but I have searched and can't find a direct answer.  Here's the skinny: 
I installed a lamp module and transceiver and configured with AHP. Worked fine.
Today, I installed new front porch lights with the WS467 and after fooling with it a bit, got that to work with AHP as well.
Next, I installed the 3way wall switch(es). They come on, and go off, but NOT with AHP. I tried adding an additional transceiver, (tried it on every plug in the house) and carried the remote with me to test it. Results: AHP activity monitor shows the signal was received, but the lights don't come on/go off on my 3 way! I read about the phases and all that good stuff, so that's why i moved the transceiver around. I also moved the AHP controller to different sockets trying to get it to work, but now luck. Any suggestions? And please explain in detail, as I might be missing something commonly known (that I don't)

Also, while you are using a transceiver in addition to the CM15A, make sure the CM15A is set to NOT transceive the house code of the additional transceiver. If they are both transceiving the same house code then your tests may not be working due to power line signal collisions.

Thanks for the quick response guys. Unfortunately, it's still not working. Here's what I did.
In Hardware Config, I set transceived house codes to "specific" and only A is checked. I clicked update interface.
I have a lamp mod on A1, the problem 3way on A2, porch light (WS467) on A4, one additional transceiver on house code B, and one on G.
I quadruple checked the wiring on both of the 3way switches and it's wired like this:
Main switch: Red to Red, Black to Black (in same sheathing as RED), and Blue to the common black(separate in outlet from RED/BLACK pair)
Secondary switch: Red to Red, Blue that's on the same side of switch as Red wire on switch to Black(with RED as above), and Blue on opposite side of switch to black common. I've also reversed the two blues to see if that would work but no deal.

I mapped out my breaker box as best I could using a lamp as a tester for plugs, but cannot find an outlet that is on the same breaker with the 3way switches, only other light switches in various rooms, so I can't plug a transceiver into anything on that breaker. I'm not sure which phase it's on because my house wiring is very odd, but IF it's ABABAB like I saw on the sticky post, then it SHOULD be on the same phase with one of the transceivers(B), and my CM15A. If not, then it's on the phase with just one of the transceivers(G).

Sorry for the info overload, just tried to give as much detail as possible. Any other suggestions?

misterbeefy: Thanks for the added details; it makes it easier to know what questions to ask next. 

If you verified the wiring and both switches work locally, then you probably do have it wired correctly.

Are you using a remote to try and turn the lights on & off? If so, what X10 address are you sending?

If the problem switches are on House Code 'A' then I'm confused about the use / mentioning of the 2 additional Transceivers on House Codes 'B' & 'G'. 

It sounds like your problem is one or a combination of Phase Coupling / Noise Source / Signal Sucker. However, for the purpose of trying to verify the Switches on A2, you might want to unplug the CM15A and set one of the additional Transceivers to House Code 'A' and just move that one around to various outlets and see if a remote sending A2 can successfully operate the switch.

Ok this sounds crazy, but I went through the intro "wizard" and it said to put the transceiver on A and turn on the lamp. I unplugged one, changed the other to A and it worked. So I made a macro to turn on all lights on A via RF, and BAM! it worked! All of the stuff I installed previously (now 2 sets of 3way switches, lamp module, and 1 ws467 switch came on! So I decided to continue my installation of light switches and added another ws467. Now, nothing is working again!. Murphy at his best... suggestions?

Sounds like you have a noise source that is causing problems. While it's not working start unplugging things to see it it helps (just turning things off usually has no effect). Computers / TVs / Cell phone charges are a few items that are known to cause problems for X10 signals.
