I have just completed a reinstall as changed OS to Vista (that's another story). Modules will show their status in AHP (ver 3.228)when using handheld remotes, but clicking the switch inside AHP toggles the switch and 'says' its on but the module does not activate and turn on the light (Appliance Module controlling a CFL). Installed the EU version of AHP (ver 3.212) to see (Saw the link in another discussion room here) and it WORKS. The Module's status is shown AND I can change states via AHP. Nothing was changed on the PC. So question is why is the one I want to use causing me grief but the EU one isn't, actually the question really is how do I get the NA version to work as it used to? Oh yes I've uninstalled and reinstalled the NA version to no effect.

The problem now is only 1 module that won't work (N1 on my system 2-way transceiver) works via remote doesn't work via AHP although all other devices work. Can't figure out why only one and am wondering if the 2-way transceiver part has anything to do?

There's something I'm missing, Dug out old CM11A installed Active Home, even installed Zeus same deal - 2way transceiver doesn't activate via software, although I see the same codes as when I use the Remote (HR12A) which does tickle the 2-way's fancy hmmmmmmmm >*<

It has to be the 2-way transceiver, (actually doesn't HAVE to be but I can think of no other reason). Hoping someone can agree or disagree. I put an appliance module where the 2way was using same house & unit code and it works with the software and the remote, whereas the 2-way didn't work with the software, it also doesn't work with the EU version either now.

Is the transceiver a TM751 or a RR501? The TM751 does NOT have a power line receiver in it and will not respond to any power line controller including the one in the CM15A or CM11A. It will only respond to an RF command from a remote. That is also why a TM751 will step on any power line transmissions as it does not see them.
