How do I get the link for the Active Home Pro udate version 3.228

I am not able to update my ActiveHome pro. When i try to update the program close and nothing happen.

The VA11A should have no problem under XP, all the problems are in Vista.   It could be one of the 2 plug-ins that's not letting you upgrade, plus with MyHouse your version right now should be 3.206, not 3.204, that's AHP with no plugins.

Also, XP Service Pack 3 is out.

Version 3.204 was the most recent version even when you had the plugins Smart Macros, MyHouse and iWatch. AHP didn't get bumped upto 3.206 until you added the OnAlert Plugin.

Thanks.  Being a non plug-in user makes one forget which one upgraded 3.204.

I have reinstall a older version of AHP (3.201) that I had in my files. Now I am stock with that older version
I still have the same problem not able to to update, program close and then noting.
I have also try to remove all the plug in (by changing the name of aph_pluing.xml) with no success.

I have been able to make my VA11A working again.

Some help would be appreciated

3.201 was from February of 2006 and was supplanted by 3 further versions including the very buggy 3.203 on June 3 followed 3 days later on July 7, 2006 with 3.204. That was it until this year when 3.228 was released.   Check in the Forums, there's a phone number you can call to get the link.
