XX20A - Sometimes YES sometimes NO

Just re-formatted and re-installed AGAIN.  My xx20a is not acting like it's low-light.  It has before - I think it's a driver thing - I've ad the problem before & fixed it somehow, but I can't remember.

Anyone have data on what cause a low-light camera to not be low light at times?
