TM13 Failures

Hi

Occasionally, we get failures where the power goes on and off several times quite quickly.

Following these events the TM13 I have in use no longer works.

Does anyone know what is the problem, how to prevent it and are the units repairable?

If you unplug the TM13 and then wait a few minutes. Is it still dead when reconnected?
Sometimes fast on and off power cycles can confuse modules. The power down lets them start from scratch.
