Homeseer 2.5 delaying events?

Anyone using HomeSeer 2.4 or 2.5:

I have Event execution being delayed as much as 45 minutes after the trigger. I am using HS 2.5 and the ACT TI103 interface, but 2.4 would do the same thing. I don't *think* the ACT TI103 is causing the delays. It is almost like a buffer is getting filled. The Homeseer forum has some posts about this but there is no clear cut answers.

Any HomeSeer users on this forum seeing the problem?
