Software links after Customer Service hours

I just received my CM15 today but I have not received an e-mail with the software download links or activation codes. I also purchased (according to the invoice) ActiveHome professional, Smart Macro, !WatchOut, myHouse Online, and Active Home Pro. I tried the "X10 Download Link Request Form" but the only thing I got from that link was the Smart Macro software. That does not do much good with out the ActiveHome professional installed. Calling the 800 number or going to live chat for X10 did not produce any help. I have been advised to wait until Monday. It will be another 10 days or so before I have the time off to install this stuff. Does anyone know where we can download the software if we can't get through to X10?
