i am trying to connect these cameras to my PC i got me this to connect all the cameras:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001M547EM/ref=s9_sdps_gw_s21_p23_t1?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=0CT57E708M4JQ9FD5CM6&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938631&pf_rd_i=507846
the problem is the ActiveHome Pro always tells me that there is no usb connected, i thot that the problem is with the connector that i got from amazon so i pluged the Adapter Kit (Model VA11A), ans still the same problem.
i installed all the drivers but still nothing work.

try unplugging from the wall and the USB then take the batteries out plug the unit back into the wall then the batteries then the usb you'll have to download all or timers and macros again but this should fix your problem.

Is your computer is using VISTA?
I believe the VA11A does not work with VISTA.
The newer VA12A does.

Are you trying to use the easycap with AHP?  I believe AHP only works with the va11 or va12.  And as Brian stated you need the va12 for Vista.  Also the va12 needs USB 2.0 and a lot power to work.  If you have a non-powered usb hub I suggest you get a powered one.

I was just expressing that if you do use a hub than you might try a powered hub.

is your computers usb ports usb 2.0?  The va12 needs usb 2.0  to work correctly.  What type of pc do you have and what are the specs?
