Listen to Puck, you probably have a noise problem or signal sucker. Unplug TVs, computers, anything with a switching power supply. Search this forum for "Noise" for more information. The source will be something between the CM15A and the Lamp module. The CM15A picks up the Palm Pads RF signal and puts in on the powerline.

i've allready done that.

AGAIN

if i use the remote from anywhere in the house but that room, the LM works fine.

once i go into that room it no longer works.

i am able to logged the rf commands, so i know the remote is working from the room, but while i am in the room i cannot control that outlet.

So your RF signal is getting out of the room and to your cm15 but the plc signal from the cm15 is not reaching your LM465.

If it wont work in that room only ..then it is a noise, signal sucker problem, or phase issue.  The  problem doesn't have to be in or near that room. Like others have suggested all you can do is unplug things and see if it starts to help.. Remember other things like:

1. Are there any fluoresce or cfl bulbs in your home. they give off allot of noise.
2. Is this room far away from your electrical box. Long run of wire will cause your signal to be week.
3. check to make sure that room isn't on another electrical phase. Maybe the x10 signal isn't jumping between phase good.
4. LCD TVs , computers  ,power strips, phone charger are all bad things all you can do is unplug and see if it helps.

This is the first time you stated this. I just reviewed each of your posts, bits and pieces where there, but not presented together and clear enough for anyone to know what your problem really is.

The capitals represent yelling. If you want help from the forum volunteers, this is a bad approach.

How many and what type of transceivers do you have plugged into your home?

I second that question...you must have more than one tranceiver(?). It is one of the few explainations that holds up, given your description.
You say the CM15A logs your Palm Pad RF even when you are in the room that does not work, so you do have the CM15A set to tranceive the correct HCs right?
