need help

I need some information about the outdoor camera.  My home has been vandalized two times in  the past three months and am thinking about getting a camera for the front of my house.  My budget is not large at this time. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what to buy, just someting simple and easy to install as my husband and I will be installing, we don't have extra money to have it done for us.  This is very upsetting especially since I just spent three weeks painting the house myself to save money, and I woke up this morning to find someone had thrown some kind of plaster on my front shutter, It did wash off but is a total violation of my property.  Any information as to the best camera or any information will be most helpful. My first thought is a Flood Cam...... It's a dual set of motion Activated Flood Lights with a Built in Camera... This set up comes with Flood Cam, Video Receiver and DVR/VCR Commander, which will allow you to record the action.

  I don't have one myself (yet), but have been giving it a serious look !!!!!
