I have Macro "Outside On" set to B1-On and "Outside Off" set to B1-Off. 
I can create a Timer to send B1 at 10:30 pm but the Timer doesn't allow me to designate the On or Off state for the macro.  How do I write a Timer that will send the B1-Off command at a scheduled time?

If your running a "Set" time off and on you don't need a Macro. Just click the little "Clock" symbol in the bottom right corner of the module you want to set the timer on. Then pick your "Start and Stop" time.....

I understand how to set a Timer.  But is it possible to have the Timer issue a Macro Off command?

You need to set up a phantom module to the same address of the macro.  Then set the timer on the phantom module.

Well, I set up the ghosts but they're not turning off the lights. 

Here is the AHP 3.236 code:
Modules
Flood Center, set to G13  (Floodlight Motion Detector PR511)
Flood West, set to G14
Ghost Floods Off, set to B1  (using the LM465 for the ghost module)

Macro "Floods On", set to B1-On
- Turn Flood Center ON
- Turn Flood West On

Macro "Floods Off", set to B1-Off
- Turn Flood Center Off
- Turn Flood West Off

Timers
Floods ON (B1) : at 10:30 PM Daily
Ghost Floods Off (B1) : Off at 4:00 AM Daily

The lights come on as programmed but are not turning off.
I have House Code G monitored.  I have Macro Options set to Issue 'On' in place of 'Bright 100%'.  I have the CM15A plugged into the X10 port of one of Jeff Volp's XTB-IIRs which is hooked into the dryer plug located 20' from the breaker box.  Timers and Macros are downloaded to the CM15A.  All commands work when initiated manually from within AHP.

Why isn't the ghost working properly?  Thanks for the help.

3.236 is a known buggy release of AHP.  Go to http://software.x10.com/pub/applications/activehome/  and find 3.204. install that over 3.236 and once that is done, open AHP and upgrade to 3.228 through the upgrade link.  All timer and macros should work correctly.

Dan, thank you very much for the news and the link.  I downgraded to 3.228 and the macros, ghosts, everything is working flawlessly!

My ghost modules weren't triggering the Macro Off.  I did a search in the Troubleshooting section and found this http://forums.x10.com/index.php?topic=16343.0.  I changed my ghost modules from Lamp Modules to Appliance Modules and everything is functional.  I ran 6 series of tests on a variety of modules (setting all of the ghosts from Appliance Modules) and all is well.

Why do the Appliance Modules function as ghosts but the Lamp Modules wouldn't?

Unknown, but I suspect that it's the dimming feature.  Appliance Modules don't dim, which, BTW makes them ideal for CFLs.

Thanks, Dan.  When I read Boiler's thread regarding Soft-Start Dimmer Problems it really helped a lot as nearly all of my light switches are Leviton's with that "ramping" feature.
