Sentinel in HOT weather

I purchased an X10 Sentinel camera this past Winter. I have it mounted under my  overhang.  It has been working VERY well.

We had a heat wave here the past few days and it seems like when the temperature goes over 90-95 degrees, I cannot get the camera to respond to remote.

The picture is fine, I just cannot move, zoom etc. the camera.
Late in the day when the temperature goes down to under 90 degrees, it works fine.

Is there some sort of hi-temp protection on this camera?

I would just like to know if this is normal.
Thanks

HA Dave

Doesn't sound too normal to me. Have you taken your remote outside... closer to the camera itself... to see if you can move it. And... maybe also try some new batteries in the remote. I am just wondering.... if there could be a disruption to the remotes RF signal.
