The XPPF is a pretty good low-pass filter, and is a terrific value.  If that doesn't do the job, I doubt that a simple hash choke would help.  The Leviton 6287 notch filter will block energy in the 120KHz frequency range.  They can be hard to find, so I picked up a case to offer to XTB customers with free shipping.  Contact me directly if you would like to try one.

Well, the hash choke did not work either. I put it in the hot lead in front of the XPPF. Tonight the offending light fixture was on over the turn on time of the three security lights. Only one came on. In fact, there were no entries in the log for any of them. My system just seems to be out of control. The activity log showed no entries after about 0900 this morning. And I know that several timed units worked during the day as they are supposed to. When I manually clicked on one of the security lights this evening, it was recorded by the log. The wife is going out of town this coming week so I will be in control of that light!!!!  Maybe I can figure out what is going on.

Jeff, yes, I will be contacting you and I would like to buy one of those filters.

Well, the wife is out of town and the offending light has been off every evening. The troublesome security lamps have worked fine. I got the Leviton filter installed and tonight will be the first test with the light on. But now I am running into another problem. I recently bought three of the "new" PLM01 modules with the soft start feature. I installed two of them in the security light group. After four days of operation, one failed. I replaced it with the spare  and it has now failed about four days later. I have tried them both in other outlets and with other codes but they just seem to be dead. The third one is still working fine. Both of these lamps are incandescent 50watt bulbs. One thing for sure with this stuff, there is never a dull moment.

This problem seems to be resolved. The Leviton filter installed in the offending florescent light fixture has solved the problem. I have tested it five nights now and the security lights all worked fine both on and off. Thanks to Jeff V for supplying the filter.
Thanks to all for your inputs
