My new sentinel doesn't lock up, but......

finally got my third sentinel today. After talking to eric boyd and vanessa and 3 others about sending me a different date coded camera from a different batch. I'm sure I made a pest of myself, but they absolutely assured me that a different code was being shipped. Well folks, you'll never guess what came.  Oh.....I guess you could guess... same code, same problem.     I called and told them they could have all there cameras back, I just want my money back.    Hey, no problem, no apologize, no concern at all.  I've spent months buying and shipping and anticipation, I really like the camera and wanted a good one.  They simply don't give a crap if your a good customer or how much you've spent.   DISCOURAGING
