New LM465 lamp module wont work

It work for the first day I had it.  Now it will not recognize any remote.  I have unplugged it and plugged it back in.  When I flipped the lamp switch it comes up slowly.but the remotes will not turn it off or on.

Plug the lamp module in to same outlet as the tranceiver (or wired controller if you have one) does it work now?
