1-way communication with CM11a
« on: January 23, 2010, 04:05:42 PM »

Hello everybody,
I'm currently building a device to control my cm11a by voice commands. I've planned on only sending communication one way and just ignoring the information the cm11a sends back. My idea is to send the header code, then the house code. put a delay in my program, then send the 0x00.  Is this a possibility?

thanks,
josh

It will probably work some of the time, maybe even most of the time.

Yesterday it worked.
Today it doesn't work.
X10 on Windows is like that.
