pan /tilt

Just purchased a 2nd pan tilt. Do cameras have to be hooked up for them to work. They both pan tilt at the same time can't get them to work separete.

They are like the wireless cameras.
The addressable power supplies have to be on the same house code and unit code in a group of four. 1-4;5-8;9-12 or 13-16.

You have to send an X10 power line On signal to one of the four in the group. Then the other three go Off.

When powered up they default to an On condition and all will try and follow the X10 RF Pan and Tilt commands.

Try sending an X10 power line signal to turn one of them On. The others should go Off and no longer act on commands from the remote.

thanks Brian. I think my problem might be that I am not using the x-10 cameras with the pan tilt it's another type. I just thought I could change a code to make them work.

jms I run Pan N Tilts, some with X10 and some with non x10 cams with no issue.
Following Brian Hs directions should solve your issue.
