Re-install After Compter Crash

I had to completely re-install my PC and the backup of my ahx file is not the latest version. Can I upload what's stored in my CM15A to the desktop software?

Nope!
AHX files are not version specific you can use it!
You just won't have any modules,timers or macros you created since you created that backup AHX file.
A good reason to keep doing  regular backups.
