video to usb adapter

hi sure hope anyone can help I am trying to get a video to usb adapter model VA11A to be reconized by win 7 I did tons of searches on the net. I even tryed different video to usb drivers I try the drives on x10 site but to no advail can't get it to work any ideas than I could to correct the problem thanks in advance ( and yes I know this bugger is old but it was rarely used but would like to use it) B:(

VA11A will not work with Windows 7.
You need a VA12A or VA13A.

ty I tryed and use the link wiki and did that download and install the drivers but still stuck with unknown device tryed updating the driver pointing it to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\X10\DriverInstall\VA12A Video Capture but the only ones I see are for vista 64 so I even tryed that still a no go any ideas? I know I it probaly something simple I am missing oh and I don't see a va13a driver in that download pack

Like he said.  Your VA11 will not work in Win 7, regardless of the drivers you try.  You need a VA12 or VA13 adapter.

OH DUH sorry I thought he meant to use them drivers... geez u would think they could make a driver that would work I have had these x10 cams and sender units for over 10yrs they still work perfect I have ones for my tvs video/reciver units just wanted to hook up this to the pc oh well appreicate the help guess I can snag a capture card or something to make it work was looking for a easy fix shold have known better,,lol
