Good luck with that refund.
I had ordered multiple items from the website. My credit card was charged immediately. When I got the order, the receipt was hand-marked "No longer available" on one item. It took several calls, emails, and weeks to get that money credited back. It almost seemed like they didn't know I didn't get the one item, even though they were able to tell me they were out of them...
In short, they knew it was no longer available, but I could still order it and they charged me for it.
