I'm having an issue getting my ActiveHome setup working.  I've got a couple Lamp Modules and a non-dimming Decora Switch setup to come on around 7pm and turn off at 11:30pm.  The weird part is that all of the devices seem to shutoff everytime, but the don't seem to ever come on with the timer.  I've tried clearing the memory on the CM15A and reporgramming it; it've also completely started my setup fresh in the AHP Software.  I've got the CM15A connected to the outlet at my breaker panel in the basement.  I had an old wireless receiver and remote, so I hooked that up and I was able to turn the devices on and off without issue, so it seems like it's an issue with the CM15A only.

Does anyone have any idea why the On commands might not be reaching the devices?

Are any of the modules soft start? Where they ramp up and down and not go instantly on and off.

Not to my knowledge.  The switch is an XPS3 non-dimming fluorescent decora switch.  As for the lamp modules, I'll have to get the model numbers when I get home.

A3 is a lamp module that is supposed to come on at 4:28pm and turn off at 10:20pm
A5 is a lamp module that is supposed to come on at 4:28pm and turn off at 10:20pm
A8 is a lamp module that doesn't have a timer setup right now and is unplugged as it's for my Christmas Tree
A11 is the XPS3 switch that doesn't have timer setup right now as it's my holidy plug for my outdoor Christmas lights
