How to setup wireless cams On my building?

I have for wireless cams as shown all 4 cams around building A..cams are  working  with 2 limited panning , possibly due to building all concrete and signals in my living room where VR36A is pointing out the door..

what I need to do is have 2 cams on building 2 which is more then 200 feet away and no direct link between cam and reciever..

how can I have building 2 setup ? do I add another VR36A and run a wire into my living room into my PC?
I have a video sender from x10 will that work? this is a outside installation but can insulate from rain no snow here or freezing weather.
id like to viw both buildings on vanguard
