Problem with iWatchMobile
« on: January 22, 2011, 02:24:31 PM »

I have my AHP version 3.303 and I cannot get iWatchMobile Pro/iWatchOut to relay my cameras to my BlackBerry.  The cameras are workingbut it says connot connect to server. I ran through the help info and found
 ran the test on the recommened support pages.

http://192.168.1.8:8777/ahp  result IE cannot display webpage

http://127.0.0.1:8777/ahp   result ---> 500 error unregister software
http://127.0.0.1:8777/iwatch    result----> ok, i see camera output
http://127.0.0.1:8777/onalert    result---> 500 error unregister software

I thought about reloading all the software again and retrying.
Question. Anyone else seen these errors?
Will reinstalling AHP fix this?
Is verion 3.303 the latest version?
Any one know where I can download it again?
I emailed the support address but still no help.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Support is closed on the weekends I believe. They would probably get back to you tomorrow.

3.305 is the latest version, but don't worry about that yet.

That will only work if you have ActivePhone installed. The top one appears to be an internal network address for the computer, the bottom one is a "self reference" address, that tells the computer to connect to itself. Think of 127.0.0.1 as "ThisLocalComputer".

Good. That tells us it's working. You'll want to use "/iwatchpro" for the full benefits of the plug-in you have.

A few things.
1) If you haven't yet, reboot your computer to finish everything that was done for the install.
2) Make sure your phone is connected to the same WiFi network if you won't be using the 3G link in the "Invite a Cellphone" window.
3) If you're using the WiFi link only, you may want to see "Troubleshooting", steps 2 & 3 here: http://forums.x10.com/index.php?topic=21436.0
Replace any reference to "ahp/" as "iwatchpro/"

Hope this helps! :)
