Is there something wrong with the Forum?  For some reason I keep getting the same two "unread" messages and cannot Logout or change what is current.

Dan Lawrence

Nothing that I know of.   Check your profile and make sure everything is what you want.
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

J.B.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

JMac

I still can't click on Unread and get past the two EMails.  I have to start with the X10 Community Forum and look for Unread posts.  Obviously something wrong here but I don't know what it is......cleaned the browser - profile is OK, I think.

I have not seen anything strange.

Just curious. Can't get past Emails or PMs?

I can get to here (below jpeg) after clicking on Unread, but clicking on one of these messages results in a "Session Ended" statement.  Of course, I can go up to X10 Community Forum and click on a current message to see, but this is not the way I have been using the system.  A mystery.......all started on Sunday, the 21st.

Thanks for the added data.
I unfortunately don't have much to add.
Maybe Tuicemen or Bill may have some thoughts on this.

Tuicemen

JMac have you tried marking them as read?
Bottom right of the messages.

When I click on "Mark as Read". I get:

"An Error Has Occurred!
Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.",

which I do.  But as soon as I do and arrive back on the Forum, I click on "Show Unread..." and arrive back at the two posts I indicated earlier.

Tuicemen

Have you tryed deleting internet temp files /history/cookies and web info in your internet options?

Thanks - that did it.  I "unchecked" the top option: "Preserve Favorites websites data", then deleted and that did the trick.  Thanks to all.  Sometimes I click without reading.......a cardinal sin for an old airline pilot!

In the real world, the only constant is change.

When I'm online you can find me in the Home Automation Chat Room!
