My House connection

Have tried all suggestions to get connected to my computer remotely. Have bridged my router, have opened ports 80 and 443. Am now able to pass x10 test to point where says ready for x10 software. Am able to connect and be authenticated by myhouse. Get "waiting for remote users" reply. Can connect from laptop and get to point where "waiting for system 24C9A6CC71". That is it, will not connect.
Anyone have any ideas? X10 level 2 no help. Just say reload system. Have done that numerous times to no avail.
Was able to get in to gate.x10.com when I had that on the computer. Took that off. Completley restored system to point before Vanguard installed. Then installed AHP and myhouse.
