Recording in AHP

Man, I suck I macros...Can someone share an easy macro (I do have smart macros, if needed) to tell a camera to record when motion is detected?  And to also email me when motion occurs (I do have My House Online)?

Thanks so much!  Maybe one day I will get the hang of all of this...I can only hope.
