I am big fan of the N-Stinct remote. I am a reseller. Unfortunately, I will not be selling many more of these remotes because the N-Stinct is NOT compatible with the new Comcast Infinity Cisco Cablebox Model RNG-200N. Hoping X10 can correct this problem soon!!!

Just for the record, it's not Infinity , it's XFINITY.  It's a service mark.  It's probably the Cisco Cablebox. In the Baltimore area Comcast uses the Motorola cable box.
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

Even if they do, it won't help you. Unfortunately the firmware is not field up-gradeable. You had no luck trying to learn the Cisco commands?

The nstinct remote would only learn the commands on the SIDE keys. The main keys could not be programmed (they remote would say "success", but when you went to use the remote the hard keys would not operate the Cisco/XFinity box.
thanks for ur input.
