New to X10 monitoring I placed an order.  I believed when I placed my order I was getting this deal:

Plus I added the NStinct. 

This is what I received, no software but instead a security console, so now I need some software and maybe a diagram on how I would use the security console in this system.  Which software is better, Vanguard or given that I now have the security console should I get ActiveHome Pro with iWatchOut?  My goal was to set up monitoring of 4 motion activated cameras on my PC.  I can't find any suggested diagrams that use exactly this list of hardware.
